Welcome to AAYUVI, a product of Anukrti Complytech (Compliance Cart). Your privacy and the security of your healthcare data are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and protect your Personal Health Records (PHR) and other personal information in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and ABDM guidelines.

This Privacy Policy explains how AAYUVI collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects your information when you use the platform and related healthcare enablement services.

Information We Collect

Since we are an integrated Patient Enablement Application with the Govt. of India's ABDM site, we collect information necessary to provide you with a unified healthcare portal:

Identity Information

Full name, date of birth, gender, and photograph as part of your ABHA profile.

Authentication Data

ABHA Number, ABHA Address, and registered mobile number.

Health Records (Sensitive Personal Data)

Lab reports, prescriptions, hospital discharge summaries, diagnostic histories, and vital metrics such as blood pressure and cholesterol synced from trackers.

Family Data

Health records of family members if linked to your account.

Operational Data

Appointment schedules, medication reminders, and in-app chat logs with healthcare providers.

How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely for patient enablement and clinical coordination:

Centralisation

To provide a single, comprehensive view of your health records from multiple healthcare providers including hospitals, clinics, labs, and pharmacies.

Consent Management

To enable you to grant, revoke, or manage access to your health data for doctors and insurers.

Automation

To send automated alerts for medication refills, upcoming appointments, follow-ups, or incomplete documentation.

ABDM Integration

To facilitate secure data exchange between Health Information Providers (HIPs) and Health Information Users (HIUs).

Data Access & Sharing (Consent-Driven)

AAYUVI operates on a strict consent-driven data exchange model:

Direct Control

No third party can access your records without your explicit approval via a consent artifact.

Real-time Revocation

You may revoke access to any doctor or entity at any time through the Consent Manager.

Government Integration

Data flows securely between participating providers and the ABHA system.

International Use

Records may be shared via secure web links for care settings outside India only upon your request.

Data Storage & Security

We implement enterprise-grade security to protect your medical history:

Encryption

All health records stored in the Health Locker are encrypted at rest and in transit.

Secure Backup

We maintain encrypted backups to prevent data loss.

Auditability

Every request for data access is tracked and visible on your dashboard.

Your Rights (Data Principal Rights)

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

Access & Review

View all collected data and current access permissions.

Correction

Request updates to inaccurate or incomplete medical profiles.

Erasure

Delete your account and request the permanent archiving or removal of your records.

Portability

Share approved data packages across the ABDM network.
